Specification
Agreeing a scope of works with trades (whether your own, or our in-house or recommended trades), the specification is agreed for everyone to work against.
Planning
Producing in-depth, realistic and adaptable schedules for each stage of the project, you know exactly what is happening, and when, getting regular updates from your PM.
Management
Managing challenges, potential changes and busy sites is our specialism, and through a wealth of experience, we work with a group of dedicated and adaptable trades that share our goal.
Completion
At project review, snagging will be agreed and carried out to industry standards, and your home will be meticulously checked by our team before completion is agreed.
