Step 1: Specification & Design
Arguably the most detail-centric aspect of the process, the initial stage sets out the expectation for your home renovation. At this stage, our team will visit your home, take a full and detailed brief from you and begin work on the design aspect of your project. At this stage, our extended team will begin their involvement and survey the technical and physical aspect of your renovation. Architectural and structural drawings will be drawn up in line with the proposed project scope.
A full bill of materials and scope of works will be drawn up, discussed and agreed with you, alongside the intricate design of your home.
Step 2: Permissions and Planning
Subject to the type of works taking place, any planning permissions or building control will be submitted, negotiated and ascertained.
At this stage, our team gets to work on the background planning of your project, drawing up a project schedule, allowing plentiful time for our works to take place. The devil is in the detail, and so this stage is paramount to a successful end project that is to be delivered on time. We factor in allowances for potential delays, to ensure realistic and achievable dates are in place and secured.
Step 3: Works Commence
The actions begins, our project schedule comes to life, and works commence on your home. At this stage, you will be fully informed of each stage of the works, and be kept informed by your Project Manager throughout as they inspect and sign off each element of the project at each stage.
Step 4: Furniture and Completion
Once physical completion of the renovation works are complete, your Designer commences the installation stage of your designed furniture scheme and works towards completion. At your project review, your Project Manager will schedule any snags to be rectified.
