Undertaking a phased design and renovation at this stunning property in Walton-on-the-Hill, we initially designed a variety of interesting flooring designs using the renowned Amtico range. Our specialist Amtico-certified fitter prepared the sub-floor with a level latex layer, and at the same time achieving a raise in the height of the flooring to align with other rooms recently fitted with marble too. Throughout the next phases of the project, we are shortly undertaking a cinema room fit-out. Full case study coming soon!

Within the guest suite, Surrey Home Interiors designed a plank-surround border to frame the room, and paired this with a diagonally-laid plank across the centre space; all fitted in beautiful Amtico after being expertly levelled.

The home study is resident to the owners during the week, and was previously a dark and poorly-lit space despite being decorated fairly. Recommending a change from a pendant light fixture to ceiling spotlights, a cosy Farrow & Ball wall shade, alongside a light Amtico smaller plank, laid in one of the most beautiful formations; parquet style. The home study is subsequently bright, but cosy, as well as well-lit and versatile for a flooring that leads onto the adjoining garden. Surrounded by woodland, the palette for this room was chosen as a true connector to the outside space, bringing in the warm, rich tones of the dark green shrubbery to the wall colouring, and the natural brown tones within the flooring.
